Established in 1994, Christian Care Services Singapore (Care Centre) is a Christian half-way house that helps substance abusers to stay drug-free through comprehensive residential and aftercare programs. As an affiliate non-profit voluntary welfare organization to the National Council of Social Service in Singapore, it works closely with the Singapore Prison Service, SCORE, NCADA, SANA, churches and other community organizations.
