1. THE SPIRITUAL COMPONENT
The Care Centre introduces the 12 steps of Alcoholics Anonymous along with the Biblical Scriptures. In addition, we have our daily bread 'Quiet Time' in the mornings to start the day afresh with the power of God.
This is followed by an hour of daily praise and worship and Biblical teachings before we start the daily activities. We call this time, "The Life Changing Hour".
2. THE WORK COMPONENT
Work therapy is also emphasized in our rehabilitation program as we strongly believe that the daily routine of regular work activities help to build character and discipline in our lives.
On top of that, the jobs that we do for organizations and individuals are one of our primary sources of income to finance the centre.
3. THE PHYSICAL COMPONENT
Recreational activities are important in our program in order to build physical, mental health and stamina. After many years of drug and alcoholic abuse, the residents' bodies are in sorrowful state.
With physical training, sports and recreational activities, they progressively develop healthy bodies. The discipline of sports also helps to build character and teamwork excellence.
| 4. THE SOCIAL COMPONENT |
This is the cornerstone of our program. To be able to reach out and help those who are in need. What we have received by the grace of God is only kept by giving it away to others.
Care Centre's residents regularly help out with general maintenance of other voluntary organizations.
